Regular Orders (download software after purchase)

Cancellations are not honored since orders are filled instantly after you pay through our financial transaction partner.

Shipped Orders

If you have elected to receive a CD-ROM of your software in the mail, cancellations are honored until shipping.

If you have requested a cancellation but your order has already been shipped, you will recieve an e-mail notifying you that your order has been shipped and cannot be canceled.
